نہار منہ روزانہ ایک گلاس گاجر کے جوس میں ایک چائے کا چمچہ پسی ہوئی سونف ملاکر پینے سے بینائی درست ہوسکتی ہے ـ
نوٹ: چیزیں گھر میں پیس کر استعمال کریں ـ
Daily one glass of carrot juice mixed with one teaspoonful of fennel powder before breakfast can correct eyesight.
