بیلگری خشک 250 گرام
Dries bael fruit 250 gm

انجبار خشک 250 گرام
Dried knotgrass 250 gm

دونوں کو پیس کر ملالیں اور صبح شام 5 گرام سادہ پانی سے استعمال کریں ـ

Grind separately and mix them well. Take 5 gm twice a day with plain water.
